Exchanges & Returns
We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase from us. If for any reason you need to make a return, here's how it works:
- You have a generous 90-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. Take your time and make sure it's just right!
- To be eligible for a return, please ensure the item is in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.Β

- Once your return is accepted, we'll provide you with detailed instructions on where to send the package. Remember, items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGES, ISSUES, AND EXCEPTIONS:
- Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, let us know immediately. We'll work quickly to evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, and hazardous materials. If you have concerns about a specific item, feel free to get in touch with us.
- Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. We appreciate your understanding.
EXCHANGES:
- Need a different item? The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD:
- If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without any justification. The same conditions apply as mentioned above.
REFUNDS:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the refund status. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven't received the refund, please contact us atΒ admin@splurr.com. We're here to assist you.
