Refund policy

We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase from us. If for any reason you need to make a return, here's how it works:

• You have a generous 90-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. Take your time and make sure it's just right!
• To be eligible for a return, please ensure the item is in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. 
  
• Please note, since we already provide free shipping on every order, we kindly ask customers to cover the cost of return shipping.
• To receive a full refund, all items from your order - including jewelry pouches and any complimentary gifts - must be returned. Once we receive your package and verify everything is included, your refund will be processed the very same day.
